We collaborate with business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce) and product teams to deliver strategic initiatives that consider local market needs and optimize both merchant and consumer experiences, supporting country growth, cost priorities, and operational efficiency.

This role turns OmniCommerce (Dine Out Deals, Reservations, Loyalty as a Service) strategies into action in Singapore by driving initiatives from planning to execution. You will lead cross-functional projects, implement scalable solutions, and shape operational processes that improve merchant and consumer experiences. By translating strategic priorities into concrete outcomes and coordinating end-to-end delivery, this role ensures initiatives achieve business impact while supporting Singapore’s growth and operational efficiency.
