Job Responsibilities
- Maintain THX.com content and databases to support product and partner launches.
- Create and manage sales and product collateral including one-pagers, decks, social assets, and newsletters.
- Manage Cision and Google Analytics to track earned media, competitive coverage, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate shared assets, campaign tracking, and messaging archives for partner marketing.
- Coordinate short-form videos for social and sales content.
- Support email and direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, including design and performance tracking.
- Conduct research to inform marketing leadership on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy.
- Oversee inventory and distribution of branded materials.
- Coordinate marketing video and photo shoots under creative direction
- Assist with global media outreach, messaging, and award submissions.
- Implement paid and organic campaigns via Sprout Social, including input on content creation and performance tracking.
- Support Product Marketing Manager and Sr. Director to partner across teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Pre-Requisites
- BA/BS degree or certification in Communications/Marketing
- 3-5 years of marketing/communications roles or comparative education experience.
- Must be a team player, with a positive attitude, who can easefully cooperate and coordinate with both marketing directors and with other company departments.
- Experience and interest in B2B and B2C marketing with experience in the consumer electronics and AV market space highly desirable, either employed, internship or volunteering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Copywriting and/or editing experience preferred.
- Visual content creation experience and interest including with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google slides.
- Experience and/or ability to learn quickly marketing measurement such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
- Technical proficiency needed, including experience with WordPress CMS preferred.
- Must be a critical thinker, timely communicator, and able to manage and meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail following creative and strategic direction from managers.
