We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate, Marketing to join the team. This role aims to drive visitor footfall for the Centre’s attractions through data driven marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance optimization. The Associate, Marketing will contribute to the organisation’s mission by executing integrated campaigns, improving conversion efficiency, enhancing customer engagement, and optimising performance to drive repeat visitation and maximise lifetime value.

What you will be working on:

The Associate, Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This includes developing targeted campaigns for specific visitor segments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution, and overseeing community engagement efforts like roadshows and outreach programmes. The role also involves managing campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure goals are met effectively.

A key part of the role is optimising paid media campaigns to drive conversions and visitor acquisition, particularly through retargeting and remarketing strategies. The Associate, Marketing will manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research and ad creation, and monitor conversion metrics to refine strategies for improved performance.

In addition, the Associate, Marketing will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the Centre’s market reach. This includes negotiating partnership terms and co‑marketing initiatives with media, influencers, educational institutions, and membership partners to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 2‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing.

A proven track record in managing and optimising multi‑channel campaigns is essential. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce is a must. Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) is also required to drive data‑informed decision‑making.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment are key to success in this role. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven, with the ability to adapt to innovation and ambiguity. Experience in attractions, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
