What You Will Do
  • Attend engine pre-induction meeting for scheduled engines shop visits.
  • Draft engine teardown work scopes based on pre-induction assessments.
  • Attend to engine teardown and perform dirty inspection review together with operation team.
  • Document engine parts conditions and upload findings to the server.
  • Draft & reviews teardown reports with Technical Service Engineer (TSE).
  • Verify and resolve technical issues with TSE.
  • Assist in engineering driven improvement projects.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary.
  • Perform any related duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
  • Able to interpret and draft technical reports.
  • Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes.
  • Possess a good track record in continuous improvement project.
