Job summary

Dynamite Games is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function across the group. The role is based in Singapore and will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across multi-entity operations.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of legal experience in a technology, gaming or digital services environment, with strong IP/TMT knowledge, contract drafting skills, and an ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-border setting.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Qualified lawyer in Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom or other common law jurisdiction with 4 to 6 years of legal experience including law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of IP/TMT with regulatory regimes and licensing experience.
• Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation in technology or gaming context.
• Advantage for candidates with cross-border data protection or corporate structuring exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory matters, licensing applications and ongoing compliance across jurisdictions.
• Advise on and maintain the group's corporate structure and governance.
• Draft, review and negotiate B2B licensing, marketing and vendor contracts; oversee third-party agreements.
