This role focuses on managing recruitment across Sales and Corporate Functions, emphasizing Technical and IT talent. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and engage in graduate and early careers hiring activities at local universities and events.
Our client, a global IT services and digital consulting organization, is seeking an experienced End-to-End Recruiter to be based in Singapore. This role will manage hiring across Sales, Corporate Functions, and Early Careers (Graduate Hiring) with a strong focus on Technical / IT talent acquisition. You will partner with senior business leaders to shape hiring strategy and deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes.
End-to-End Recruitment
Partner with Sales and Corporate Hiring Leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment across Singapore and SEA
Define role requirements, locations, technologies, and functional hiring plans
Understand competitive hiring activity and develop targeted talent strategies
Graduate & Early Careers Hiring
Manage Singapore graduate and campus hiring, engaging universities and early talent
Represent the employer brand at career fairs, campus events, and external forums
Build engagement initiatives with academic partners and alumni networks
Sourcing & Talent Strategy
Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and agencies
Map talent and identify effective sourcing channels for IT and tech sales hiring pipelines
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with senior hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives
Manage recruitment vendors, monitor performance, and ensure process compliance
Candidate Experience & Inclusive Practices
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Lead senior hiring programmes and guide candidates through offer and negotiation stages
Support inclusive recruitment practices to ensure fair access and engagement across diverse talent pools
Research, Analytics & Benchmarking
Track hiring trends, analyse talent data, and provide insights for recruitment improvements
Benchmark against competitor hiring activity to refine TA strategy
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an in-house or regional recruitment role
Strong background in Technical / IT recruitment and tech sales hiring
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex hiring processes
Experience with graduate / early careers hiring and engagement activities
Understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and commitment to fair, equitable hiring processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
Comfortable using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals)
