Key Responsibilities:
  • Process trade-related payments and receipts across all products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Support system implementation and participate in process improvement/transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Handle other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Meticulous, with a strong attention to details.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in programming automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Agentic AI, Macros, etc is a plus.
