Make an Impact by
- Responsible for designing and organizing office layouts to maximize the effective use of space, promote productivity, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and support organizational goals. This role blends elements of interior design, facilities management, and project coordination.
- Understand stakeholders space requirements. Analyze current workspace utilization and create efficient floor plans for new or existing office spaces.
- Oversee the resolution of workplace issues through effective service request management.
- Review and generate regular status/management reports (such as occupancy metrics, and service delivery) on the space usage metrics e.g. workplace utilisation and propose areas to further optimise and improve the workplace experience.
- Prepare monthly reports on site performance and KPIs.
- Manage vendor contracts and work with consultants (e.g. Interior Designers, Architects, and E ngineers), contractors and vendors to propose and implement workplace solutions according to business needs.
- Manage the workplace resources (such as lockers, cabinets, storeroom) allocated to staff.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Promote, develop and manage the technological applications on workplace planning and daily management, such as booking/reservation systems and data analytics.
- Oversee on project management of workplace fit-out works and other related matters.
- Compliance & Safety. Ensure designs comply with building codes, fire safety regulations, accessibility standards, SCDF and WSH guidelines.
- Any other works assigned.
Skills for Success
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or Business Management.
- Min 5 yearsof relevant work experience.
- Data entry & analytical skills.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or space planningtools (e.g., SketchUp, ArchiCAD, BIM) to create detailed plans.
- Experience in vendormanagement and dealing withexternal vendors.
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Service-mindedness and providesolutions within set framework.
- Good engagement/negotiationskills to liaise with thestakeholders.
- Logical and good with numbers.
- Able to handle pressure and stresswhile multitasking and prioritizingtasks
