Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks an Associate Executive in Laboratory Medicine. The role involves secretarial duties, administration support, and liaising with departments. Candidates should possess a diploma and have at least 6-7 years of relevant experience. IT proficiency and strong organizational skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Associate Executive, Laboratory Medicine

Secretarial duties such as managing HOD’s calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, writing of meeting minutes, handle phone calls and inquiries, process claims for the HOD, doctors and staff.

Administration support such as managing the meeting rooms booking system, preparation for new hires or doctors and staff off-boarding, prepare department reports, disseminate internal and external documents, manage doctors’ courses and claim CME points, office inventory and pantry supplies, running errands for the department (purchasing of small items, mailroom, etc).

Liaise with other departments and external vendors as needed.

Assist in planning and organizing departmental events and functions.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder.
  • IT Savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8am to 5.30pm, Friday 8am to 5pm.

At least 6 – 7 years of relevant working experience for Senior position.
