A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Associate Executive to support the Institute for Patient Safety & Quality. The role involves comprehensive administrative support for workshops and events, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and processing financial transactions. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience, as well as strong skills in data analysis and communication.
You will support the Institute for Patient Safety & Quality's (IPSQ) cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality through comprehensive administrative support for workshops, events and processes that are developed, implemented and evaluated in support of the Institute's key objectives.
Your responsibilities include end-to-end workshop coordination from registration to evaluation, managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements, processing financial transactions and procurement activities. You will organise departmental training programmes and be involved in secretarial duties, which include taking detailed meeting notes and maintaining effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
