Associate Executive, Institute for Patient Safety & Quality

You will support the Institute for Patient Safety & Quality's (IPSQ) cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality through comprehensive administrative support for workshops, events and processes that are developed, implemented and evaluated in support of the Institute's key objectives.

Your responsibilities include end-to-end workshop coordination from registration to evaluation, managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements, processing financial transactions and procurement activities. You will organise departmental training programmes and be involved in secretarial duties, which include taking detailed meeting notes and maintaining effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong competency in numerical data analysis and comprehensive record management
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within teams and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and database management systems
