Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Salary:

• Fresh Diploma with HR internship: $2,580 per month
• 1–2 years HR experience: $2,600–$2,800 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding
• Assist with confirmation processes, payroll administration tasks, and exit procedures
• Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
• Assist in digitalising personnel file documents and HR records
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team
