Qualifications

📍 Location: Clementi
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Key Responsibilities
🗓 Administrative Coordination & Meeting Management
  • Manage complex calendars for the Chief Nurse and leadership team
  • Schedule and coordinate clinical and leadership meetings (including logistics and follow-ups)
  • Maintain staff rosters, including leave and on-call schedules
📚 Training & Development Support
  • Coordinate training activities with internal departments and external vendors
  • Maintain training records, track and manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points
  • Support training documentation and reporting
  • Process EPIC system access requests
🏢 Office & Facility Management
  • Liaise with Facility Management and vendors to resolve office maintenance issues
  • Process monthly bills and staff claims
  • Conduct office orientation for new hires, including safety and security briefings
  • Manage office access control across sites
  • Support community health events (including occasional weekend events)
Requirements
  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 1–2 years of administrative/secretarial experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel across various cluster locations as required
