Job Description:

This role is under the Governance & Projects team. Your role is to support the Executives and Manager of Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in the projects delivery of the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care. Key responsibilities include projects coordination and secretariat duties.

The Challenges
  • Organise and coordinate project activities related to the hospital’s electronic medical record (EMR) system and other clinical IT systems.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to informatics committees and projects such as meeting materials preparation, minutes writing, following up on matters arising and meeting logistics.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to review and close off tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT, Healthcare, Business or any similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Meticulous, responsible and possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in EPIC electronic medical records system is a plus.
