Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to NHG and IMH Senior Management while playing a crucial role in departmental operations. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide calendar management for the Director and department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments
  • Organise high-level meetings and corporate events
  • Provide administrative support for Board Committee Meetings and CEO engagements
  • Process and manage departmental procurement and payments, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
  • Oversee office administration, including maintenance of supplies, and departmental assets
