Job summary

GF GlobalFoundries is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to support module operations with a 12-hour rotating shift in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and ensure equipment readiness for production lines.

You will assist Engineers with installation and hook-up of new equipment, troubleshoot issues, participate in equipment improvement projects, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards in the Module area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1 year experience in semiconductor equipment role is preferred.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift to support production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness for production.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
• Assist Engineer in installation and hook-up of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment improvement projects and participate in Quality Improvement Team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the production area.
