They are seeking passionate, proactive, and committed talents to join the Facilities team, supporting critical water, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth, reliable, and continuous plant operations.

Position

Facilities Associate Engineer (Water / Electrical / Mechanical)

Location: East Region, Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: Shift-based

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, meter readings, and monitoring for assigned systems
  • Respond promptly to abnormal conditions to restore systems to optimal operating conditions
  • Operate and maintain plant equipment, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate activities across shifts to ensure continuous and reliable operations
  • Maintain accurate operation records and reports on system performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system operations, efficiency, and reliability
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and operational coordination with internal teams
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related STEM field
  • Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining water, electrical, or mechanical facilities systems is preferred
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project is an advantage
  • Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
