Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 7 is seeking a line support AE to maintain equipment readiness and support routine activities in a high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore.

You will contribute to the reliability of production lines and help sustain world‑class equipment uptime. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading equipment, analyzing technical charts, and driving equipment improvement projects while strictly

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years working experience in electrical/electronics industry.
• Perform 12-hours rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipments and other properties.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
