Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for integration and implementation of hardware and software engineering. The ideal applicant should have a NITEC or diploma in Electrical/Electronic and some knowledge of PLC and SCADA. Responsibilities include project execution, troubleshooting, and site maintenance, along with an SG Class 3 or 3A driving license. This position requires good project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for integration and implementation of hardware/software engineering.

Job description

• 2 years contract renewable
• Location: Singapore, Bedok, travelling to site required
• Working hours Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.50pm

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for integration and implementation of both hardware and software engineering work
• Carry out proper planning, execution and supervision of the integration work and do QA technical checks throughout the project execution
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management and documentation
• Implementation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming
• Interface with SCADA and PLC programming
• Meeting with clients, doing reports and documentation
• Perform troubleshoot independently

Requirement

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline
• Some knowledge in PLC and SCADA
• Will consider entry level if relevant education background and keen to learn
• Good project management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and can multi-task
• Site maintenance and travelling around SG for site maintenance is required
• Must be able to carry out proper planning, execution and supervision of the integration work and must be able to carry heavy equipment
• SG Class 3 or 3A driving license is mandatory to drive company van
