Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Associate Engagement Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer, Retail, and Logistics clients. The role involves client relationship management, driving revenue and service expansion, and supporting commercial negotiations. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in Consulting or IT Services, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in account management. Qualifications

About the role

Our client is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer, Retail, and Logistics (CRL) clients. This role focuses on client relationship management, account growth, and commercial governance, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and expand service footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic CRL accounts, driving revenue and service expansion
  • Provide account insights, opportunity analysis, and ground intelligence to senior management
  • Lead preparation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, delivery teams)
  • Support and lead commercial and contract negotiations, ensuring win-pricing and business value
  • Work with Client Partners to develop and execute account plans
  • Manage client follow-ups for SOW sign-off and timely payment, minimising revenue leakage
  • Handle customer escalations and position the organisation as a trusted delivery partner
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Consulting or IT Services, with tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • 6+ years of account management or business development experience in Singapore, within the Consulting & IT Services market
  • Prior experience managing Retail / CPG / Logistics clients is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and consultative selling of IT and outsourcing services
  • Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
