Job summary

A leading global healthcare company is looking for an Associate Director, Commercial - Solid Tumors to join its Asia Pacific Commercial team. This role will shape and execute commercial strategies across the region and work with key stakeholders to support the adoption of innovative products in oncology. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on oncology and cross-functional team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, or Commercial Excellence/Analytics.
• Experience in oncology (solid tumours) or haematology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support accelerated growth strategies for the Solid Tumours portfolio.
• Develop deep market insights and apply next-generation analytics.
• Manage and lead cross-functional, cross-geographic teams.
• Influence development of future assets for timely commercialisation.
• Execute long- and short-term strategic business plans.
