Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Security Architect to develop and implement Zero Trust security architecture across IT and Enterprise. The successful candidate will manage complex technical security solutions, engage with stakeholders, and lead information security initiatives. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field are required.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex project security engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop Zero Trust security architecture strategy execution across Singtel IT and Enterprise.
• Manage development of complex technical security solutions and alignment with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead execution of information security initiatives related to Zero Trust for both Singtel IT and Enterprise Business.

• Develop Zero Trust security architecture strategy execution across Singtel IT and Enterprise.
• Manage development of complex technical security solutions and alignment with multiple stakeholders with given budget.
• Front difficult Zero Trust discussions domains with Singtel IT, Group Enterprise Architects and Enterprise business.
• Lead execution of information security initiatives related to Zero trust for both Singtel IT and Enterprise Business.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent.
• Min 8 years of relevant experience.
• Possesses technical skills on the following:
  • Micro segmentation Architecture
  • Identity and Access Management Architecture
  • Cloud security
  • Threat Modelling
  • Zero Trust Security Architecture
• Experience in Security by Design principles.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, CIS, PCI etc.
• One or more Industry security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex project security engagements simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
