Associate Director, Project Management (Singapore)

Location: Singapore

Salary: $170k - 200k + bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead end to end delivery of complex capital projects from brief to handover
• Own program, cost, quality, risk, and HSE governance; drive change control and stage gates
• Coordinate design and manage contractors; chair progress and steering meetings
• Build delivery strategies, procurement plans, and realistic schedules; de risk interfaces
• Lead client comms with clear dashboards, KPIs, and commercial updates
• Coach PMs and APMs; set standards, improve process, capture lessons learned
• Manage stakeholders, utilities, and authorities; oversee commissioning and readiness
• Keep data tight: PMO tools, RFIs, submittals, variations, and documentation

What you bring

• 10+ years in construction project management on large builds
• Data centre or life sciences experience across design and delivery
• Track record delivering on time and to budget with strong client leadership
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or similar; PMP, MRICS, or equivalent preferred
• Contract know how: FIDIC, NEC, or local forms; strong procurement and contract admin
• Planning and reporting skills with P6 or MS Project; confident with PMO toolsets
• Clear communicator who can challenge and influence at exec level
