Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead growth experiments end‑to‑end: Design overall Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, including setting hypotheses and testing design, defining target segments, and measuring impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify and size new opportunities: Work with the strategy team to define the ideal customer profile (ICP), priority use cases, and ideal product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns accordingly, accounting for global vs. regional market differences.
  • Build the growth testing system: Establish frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data‑driven decisions.
  • Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Head of Creative to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion.
  • Deliver cross‑functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go‑to‑market; communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership to align with company priorities
