Core Responsibilities
- CapCut Fundamentals: Take learners from zero to video hero by teaching all the core features: trimming, splitting, adding text/captions, music sync, filters, and seamless transitions.
- Instruct students on how to produce scroll-stopping content designed for maximum viewer retention and shareability.
- TikTok Ads Manager: Guide learners through the entire ad ecosystem, from setting up a Business Center account to creating their first campaign and analysing its Analytics.
- Design and administer practical video editing and campaign simulation assessments that accurately test proficiency in both CapCut execution and Ads Manager strategy.
- Ensure all course delivery, documentation (ASRs), and evaluations strictly adhere to WSQ/ACLP standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Provide personalized, constructive feedback on both video edits and campaign reports, fostering a supportive, high-energy environment for adult learners.
- Understand Digital Marketing concepts and other social media platforms.
Requirements
- Mandatory Certification: Possession of ACTA or ACLP, any other relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience (2+ Years): Hands‑on, demonstrable experience successfully running and optimizing paid campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager or other digital marketing roles AND experience using CapCut or Video Editing.
- Foundational Knowledge: Solid, practical understanding of basic digital marketing principles, including content strategy, audience research, and marketing funnels.
