Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support
    • Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Relationship Manager.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely information regarding their accounts and banking services.
  • Account Management
    • Facilitate the opening, closing, and maintenance of client accounts.
    • Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor client account activities and transactions to ensure compliance with firm and MAS policies.
  • Service Delivery
    • Coordinate with various counterparties to ensure seamless delivery of wealth management services to clients.
    • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and reviews.
    • Organize and participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Cross-Sell and Client Acquisition
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing clients.
    • Support Relationship Managers in developing and executing client acquisition strategies.
    • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Risk and Compliance
    • Monitor and report on client account activities to detect any potential risks or compliance issues.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including AML and KYC regulations.
    • Support the Relationship Managers in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports on client activities and performance metrics.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client privacy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of private banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
