Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming indent and event orders form
- HANA/SAP tasks, including creating quotations, sales orders, purchase requisition orders, and buyer portal ordering
- Updating weekly sales and food cost on an Excel spreadsheet
- Preparing slides for weekly meetings
- Updating HSE bi-weekly reports
- Ensuring the accuracy of the monthly GTO report
- Printing and updating all event order sales and indents
- Compiling billing summaries and purchase orders
- Attending weekly coordination meetings
- Liaising with internal and external clients to maintain good relationships
- Performing other duties as assigned by superiors
