Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, etc.) and a strong background in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP applications, resolving technical and functional issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, etc.).
  • Work closely with end‑users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support (SR creation, follow‑ups) and internal teams for issue escalation.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct user training if required.
  • Support reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and workflow setups.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP support/implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, etc.).
  • Experience in troubleshooting (workflows, approvals, and integrations).
  • Proficiency in SQL, FBDI, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) – highly desirable.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP integrations.
