A corporate services provider in Singapore is seeking an Associate Corporate Board Secretarial Specialist to assist in providing full corporate secretarial services to clients. Qualifications

  • ISCA graduate or pursuing, with a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law.
  • Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience is an advantage.
  • Well organized, meticulous, motivated by multiple tasks.

Associate Corporate Board Secretarial Specialist

Singapore

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to clients
  • Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met
  • Preparing / Reviewing necessary documents for company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, shareholders’ meetings, board resolutions / meetings, corporate actions, striking off, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and filing returns and documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) within the stipulated deadlines
  • Updating and maintaining minute book and statutory registers of clients as well as corporate secretarial database
  • Assist in handling work passes and related passes for foreign employees of clients and their dependants
  • Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures including billing, follow up on debtors management, ongoing client due diligence review and onboarding process
  • Attending to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit
  • Maintaining good rapport with clients, clients’ advisers, intermediaries and our internal functions
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Technical skills, experience, and qualifications

ISCA graduate or those pursuing, as well as Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Law related disciplines. Those who do not hold relevant qualifications but possess relevant working experience are most welcome to apply.

Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage.

Well organised, meticulous, motivated by multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A positive, pro‑active and strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency MS Office will be an advantage.
