Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to monitor and manage clients' Loan and Fixed Deposit maturity date, as well as Foreign Exchange transactions.
  • Initiating loan utilization request, reviewing loan documents to ensure compliance with credit and agreement conditions, & cooperating with Treasury team, Loan Operation team as well as other stakeholders.
  • Promote cross selling bank's product via tele-marketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and actively involved in department's marketing campaign together with Relationship Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transactions.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in a short period of time and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Keen attention to details for ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing transactions.
  • Good communication and people skills required for interacting well with clients and colleagues.
  • Has working experience with loan funding systems/ loan officer work will be advantageous.
