Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks an Associate Consultant to contribute to the clinical and educational mission of the general outpatient clinics. You will care for both new and follow-up patients and participate in Clinical, Education, Research and Administration activities.

The role requires MBBS registrable with SMC, and a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure investigations and treatments are carried out effectively.

Qualifications

• MBBS from Singapore universities or equivalent qualification registrable with Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Associate Consultant for local qualified doctors.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in the running of the general outpatient clinics assigned.
• Responsible for the care of both new and follow-up patients seen at the clinics.
• Take up responsibilities in the areas of Clinical, Education, Research and Administration.
• Ensure that all investigations ordered and treatments are carried out.
• Participate as member of corporate committees.
