Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Trial Manager in Singapore. PhDs and/or post-doctoral experience in Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic or Gastrointestinal areas are welcomed to support the Clinical Trial Management team.

The role involves collaborating with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to manage study activities and ensure timely, accurate deliverables. This is an excellent entry-point for recent PhD graduates to enter the industry with strong training,

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences required.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities; work closely with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing system.
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines; coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.

Job description

Medpace is a leading CRO for Biotech companies and we are currently seeking candidates with PhDs and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience related to Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic or Gastrointestinal areas for a full-time Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) to join our Clinical Trial Management team in our Singapore office. The aCTM will be a part of the Clinical Trial Management team and support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in performance of project management activities. Candidate must have a desire to transfer and apply analytical and academic skills in clinical project administration and management.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences;
• Research experience must be related to Cardiovascular or Metabolic such us diabetes, metabolicsyndrome, hyperlipidemia etc;
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team;
• Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry not required but will be advantageous;
• Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows), organisational, and communication skills.
