In search of a Junior to Mid‑level Associate to join our Banking and Finance practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.
Our asset finance team is recognised as a market leader in domestic and cross‑border transactions. We act for a wide range of borrowers, lenders and investors including airlines, ship‑owners, lessors, financial institutions and export credit agencies.
As part of the collaborative and supportive team at Norton Rose Fulbright you will gain exposure to high‑quality asset finance matters across multiple jurisdictions providing an excellent career development opportunity. You will be involved in a diverse range of transactions predominantly in aviation finance, shipping and offshore financing as well as aviation and shipping‑related restructurings.
We are seeking an Associate with strong technical expertise and drafting skills capable of managing banking and finance matters with appropriate supervision and demonstrating exceptional teamwork. The candidate should possess the ability to develop strategies, understand the commercial aspects of financial transactions and provide practical business‑oriented advice to our international clients.
