The incumbent will oversees daily marketing operations, executing campaigns and events to increase footfall and tenant sales. Collaborates with tenants, vendors, and the leasing team, manages social media presence, monitors budgets and campaign ROI, and applies marketing insights to enhance brand visibility and overall performance.

The Talent
  • Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a retail or mall environment.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing strategy, branding, and communications.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

The Job
  • Establish and streamline workflows to support daily marketing operations effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to enhance shopper traffic and boost tenant sales performance.
  • Coordinate and secure tenant involvement in joint promotional activities and mall‑wide events.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, production vendors, and event partners to ensure high‑quality marketing materials and executions.
  • Partner with the Leasing team to manage and promote concourse, pushcart, and advertising space rentals.
  • Strengthen the mall's digital footprint through social media engagement and online promotional integration.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and technologies to identify innovative opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
  • Recommend improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing processes and outcomes.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance tracking and ROI analysis, applying data insights and A/B testing to optimize future activities.
