Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan, monitor workloads, supervise mechanics, and manage resources.
• Prepare and implement scheduled maintenance programs for machinery.
• Maintain quality control through inspections of parts and assemblies.
• Ensure upkeep of golf course machines and club vehicles.
• Assist hands-on during peak periods to maintain workflow.
• Keep machinery tournament-ready for events.
• Manage budgets for materials and resources.
• Maintain safe working practices and a clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
