Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B FMCG sales, preferably in foodservice or wholesale channels.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s HORECA and wholesale trade landscape.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job Summary
To support the growth of Naspac Marketing Pte Ltd by managing wholesale distributors and foodservice accounts. This role helps drive product distribution, builds customer relationships, and supports trade execution across B2B channels.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key contact for wholesale and foodservice accounts, ensuring service quality and business development

To execute sales strategies for wholesale and foodservice channels to achieve sales and coverage targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice and wholesale segments

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients including foodservice distributors, restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers

Provide product knowledge, support order fulfilment, and follow through on operational or supply chain issues

Collaborate with the marketing team to align food offerings with operator needs and channel growth opportunities

Monitor sales performance and pipeline activities; report key account metrics to the Sales Manager

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

2–4 years’ experience in B2B FMCG sales, preferably in foodservice or wholesale channels

Familiarity with Singapore’s HORECA and wholesale trade landscape

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proactive, service-oriented, and organized, with strong execution capabilities

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or distributors)
