Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management preferred.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
  • Able to work in cold room environment (temperature up to -18°C).
  • Forklift license and relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to carry/move items up to 30 kgs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching frozen pork products.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods within cold room facilities in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., SFA, HACCP, BRC standards).
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment.
  • Oversee forklift and pallet jack operations, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management preferred.
