Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics.
5+ years in financial analysis, cost optimization, or strategic planning.
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems (SAP), and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills to engage senior management.
Able to connect the dots and see the big picture; strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead cost optimization by analyzing high-cost assets and improving efficiency.
Perform data mining and maintain databases to track savings.
Build and maintain financial models with rolling forecasts and 3-year P&L.
Monitor occupancy costs and identify savings via footprint rationalization.
Analyze procurement spend to support investment decisions.
Deliver timely reporting for management and regulatory needs, including dashboards.
Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights for property projects.
Cover regional countries as part of Group Corporate Real Estate Services.
Support other areas and back up monthly closing and reporting.
