About the Role

As an Assistant Vice President/Senior Manager, Tax, you will hold a key role in overseeing tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, and strategic tax initiatives for the SEAA, MEIA, Europe, America, Mongolia, Africa and other regions across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective global and regional tax strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Advise on corporate structuring and financing activities with a focus on tax efficiency, strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the efficiency of existing transactional structures
  • Oversee timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns across all jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliance with international and local tax laws and regulations (including BEPS, OECD Pillar 2, etc.)
  • Manage tax provisions and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP for Group reporting as necessary
  • Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies that comply with regulatory requirements and align with the Group’s operating model
  • Propose and implement transfer pricing solutions for both localized and cross-border transactions
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks across the Group, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Lead and manage tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolution processes in coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax audits in key jurisdictions
  • Serve as the principal tax advisor to senior leadership and collaborate with legal, finance, treasury, and business units
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in tax, with a strong mix of Big 4 and in-house multinational exposure
  • Strong knowledge of international tax principles, regional tax frameworks (especially Asia-Pacific), and transfer pricing rules
  • Experience with tax structuring and cross-border transactions
  • Familiarity with OECD, BEPS 2.0, and global minimum tax regulations
  • Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and interact confidently with senior executives
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English is a must
  • Hospitality or real estate sector experience is a plus
