This role plans, creates, and delivers regional marketing materials—including frameworks, playbooks, masterclasses, and best practices—to engage customers in the retail and Treasures segments. Responsibilities require understanding current content marketing trends, business drivers, market research, and consumer insights. Success depends on influencing and guiding regional and local teams, requiring strong collaboration, organisational skills, and stakeholder management.
This position works mainly with stakeholders in Products, Segments, BA, Data, Digital, and Marketing within Consumer Banking to deliver marketing materials that drive acquisitions, transactions, and engagement for Retail and Treasures banking.
