The scope of the role encompasses the following

  • Support project managers in the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Prepare and consolidate regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors as required.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Support the establishment and enforcement of project governance frameworks, policies, and best practices across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate project governance meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Assist with the onboarding and procurement process for vendors, including contract management and invoice processing.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays to appropriate parties, supporting the development and implementation of mitigation actions.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a project manager, within a corporate banking environment and focused on the deployment of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience as a project manager overseeing global / regional projects involving both business and technology teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Experience in implementing Cybersecurity and User Access Management projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, strong organizational skills, proactive approach, hands-on capability, and effective teamwork.
  • Skilled in coordinating with distributed teams, infrastructure personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions.
