The Assistant UPS Manager oversees the operations, maintenance, and performance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems including DC charger across facilities or client sites. This role involves managing a team of engineers or technicians, ensuring system reliability, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to power-related emergencies. The manager is responsible for ensuring system uptime, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contractually KPI set. Strong leadership, technical expertise in power systems, and strategic planning skills are essential to ensure continuous power availability and operational efficiency.
