Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Assistant Unit Manager (F&B) to oversee our night-shift operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the growth and performance of the F&B team.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth functioning and high standards.
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times.
  • Work closely with the Chef and Marketing team to design and plan exceptional menus.
  • Plan weekly, monthly, and festive menus, and coordinate marketing materials.
  • Prepare staff rosters, schedule manpower, and manage attendance, overtime, and leave applications.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Foster a collaborative environment with open two-way communication and strong team ownership.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to develop talent and ensure consistent performance.
  • Conduct appraisals and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen and outlet equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
  • Manage supplies and inventory to prevent wastage while maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Inspect incoming goods from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Report to management on sales results, team productivity, and operational performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
