Location: Raffles Place, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our commodities trading team. This role focuses on trading bunker fuel, chemicals, and food products, and offers opportunities for regional travel and cross-border collaboration. Ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to grow in international trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute trading activities across bunker fuel, chemical, and food commodities
  • Conduct market research and develop trading strategies based on data analysis
  • Negotiate buying and selling terms with suppliers and customers
  • Manage trade receivables and payables efficiently
  • Handle claims and settlement negotiations
  • Assess customer creditworthiness through financial report analysis
  • Participate in business trips across Asian countries
  • Support additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Willingness to work late-night hours due to market demands
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to analyze financial reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Prior trading experience (not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
