Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Group Chairman in strategic planning, partnership discussions, and business development projects.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events with international stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and negotiation materials for high-level meetings.
  • Track business milestones and follow up on strategic deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business, finance, or trade.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
  • Willing to travel frequently and adapt to multicultural work environments.
