Job summary

Vantive is pioneering organ therapy solutions and expanding digital services to improve patient care. We seek technicians who can apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to daily production, manage machine groups, and ensure quality output while upholding GMP and 6S standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, run start-up checks, operate equipment, manage materials, and assist with packaging. Strong troubleshooting skills and a disciplined approach to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) and 6S in a production setting.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and machine start-up tasks.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to support daily production and machine groups.
• Perform preventive maintenance, machine start-up, operation, materials top-up, and packaging per procedures.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting, clear jams, and reset machine errors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

1. 1. Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage an average of 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.
2. 2. Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.
3. 3. Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.
4. 4. Responsible for complying with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulatory requirements, implement continuous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.
