Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Assistant Technical Supervisor to perform maintenance on cranes, machinery and warehouse equipment. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support emergency repairs.

The role requires 3 years of technician experience, Higher NITEC/Technical Institute or above, and the ability to follow procedures with strong safety compliance. Travel may be required for overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC/Technical Institute or above.
• Minimum 3 years of technician experience.
• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance work.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately.
• Able to complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Comfortable working at height with proper PPE and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of cranes, machinery and warehouse equipment.
• Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Liaise with contractors and in-house teams on maintenance and repair matters.
• Provide technical support and standby for emergency situations.
• Guide and train new technicians on SOPs and work procedures.
• Manage manpower and resources across assigned facilities.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness and safety standards.
• May be required to travel overseas for work assignments.

$2,000 – $2,500/month
Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Alternate Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm
