Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant Technical Projects Lead to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Assistant Technical Projects Lead
  • Location: Islandwide
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • To oversee the design, integration, and commissioning of advanced controlled environments.
  • Review and approve design specifications, equipment selections, and technical submittals.
  • Manage risks and ensure constructability in design decisions for critical systems.
  • Plan and manage commissioning activities, including protocols, schedules, and system startup.
  • Supervise installation, functional testing, and verification of systems related to controlled environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning, working closely with construction and QA/QC teams.
  • Document commissioning results, prepare as‑built records, and oversee final project turnover packages.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align design and commissioning strategies with project goals.
  • Lead system handover, including performance validation and client sign‑off.
  • Provide technical support to construction and procurement teams, including engineering clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations for controlled environments.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, architectural, and process engineers.
Job Requirements
  • At least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technically complex or regulated industries (e.g., advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or energy sectors).
  • Familiar with cleanroom standards, HVAC systems, commissioning best practices, and contamination control
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks would be a plus.
