Roles & Responsibilities
Infant Care & Development
  • Uphold and support the Centre’s philosophy in infant care and development.
  • Carry out caregiving routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and putting infants to sleep with care and attentiveness.
Curriculum & Daily Programme
  • Conduct professional practices in line with ECDA’s Early Years Development Framework.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate daily programmes and activities as assigned.
  • Execute daily routines smoothly according to the Centre’s schedule.
Safety & Well-being
  • Attend to the health, hygiene, and safety needs of the infants.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports infants’ holistic development.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with fellow infant care teachers to ensure consistent and quality care.
  • Support the Centre in festivals, events, and school activities preparation.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues and parents.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Passionate about working with infants and providing loving care
  • Ability to engage infants with warmth, patience, and attentiveness
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Relevant certification in infant/toddler care (e.g., Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent) will be an advantage
