You will assist with routines, activities, and individual attention to help children reach developmental milestones, under the guidance of programme specialists and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Class Teachers in classroom and non-classroom settings, including routines, outdoor play, snack time, and learning journeys.
• Work in small groups or one-on-one with students in the classroom to reinforce instructional material.
• Assist class teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing teaching materials and maintaining resource and ensure a clean organized classroom.
• Encourage student participation, promote positive behaviour, and reinforce classroom expectations.
• Collaborate with teachers to support students’ learning progress and well-being and manage classroom dynamics, including supporting students with development behaviours/learning needs
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being by following school guidelines and routines.
